Dirk is a highly experienced finance and wealth professional with demonstrated accomplishments in managing the finances of some of the world’s largest international organisations. With a broad background, he has been in commercial and strategic roles in both the public and private sectors spanning wealth management, government and financial technology. His background is varied and extensive and comes with a deep understanding of global markets and the legislative, compliance and technological frameworks that operate in different jurisdictions. A skilled investment service provider with strong commercial acumen, he is also adept at investment advisory, consulting services and property management.

Dirk holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking and Finance) from the University of Canberra and an MBA from Leopold-Franzens Universitat Innsbruck. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Cathryn leverages her 30 year career in capital markets as a derivatives trader, exchange executive, NED on a UK Bank Board, strategic advisor and markets infrastructure specialist. She Co-Founded Seismic Foundry in 2017, a discretionary fund investing in UK capital markets fintech. She has a portfolio of start-up and scale-up NED roles including on the Board of the peak industry body Fintech Australia. Through her founding Board role for Women In Listed Derivatives (WILD) she has spent 10 years developing networking, mentoring, & educational opportunities for women in Capital Markets. She has been listed in Financial News 100 Most Influential Women, Innovate Finance 100 Women in FinTech, Cranfield FTSE Index 100 Women to Watch, Brummell Most Influential Women in the City and Qantas Australian of the Year (UK).

He has held senior level roles across the trading, portfolio management, sales, management and advisory functions. His investment experience covers a range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, property, foreign exchange and derivatives.

Will is a Master Practitioner Member of the Stockbrokers and Financial Advisers Association (MSAFAA), holds a Diploma of Financial Services, is an ASX Accredited Derivatives Adviser and has TASA accreditation from the Tax Practitioners Board.

Tobias has more than 15 years of experience in the technology sector, with a specific focus on software development and data analysis. He also has expertise in statistics, behavioural finance, economics, information security and electrical engineering.

Tobias has undertaken a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University.

Arthur Lo

Arthur has more than 15 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. He is currently the owner and manager of businesses spanning investments, trading, set-up and operations of funds and other asset management vehicles in multiple countries. Before embarking his career in financial services, he was one of the youngest certified project managers at a tier-1 technology and consultancy firm. In this role he gained vast experience in all phases of the IT development and product cycles, their challenges and pitfalls, across many industries. This combination of experience in technology and financial services enables Arthur to add considerable value in a fintech investment environment.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Lynda is a Non-Executive Director of a key tech incubator in the Sydney Startup Hub. She is also a Non-Executive Director and angel investor for Scale Investors; an investor network that invests in female founder or female-influenced companies. Winner of Mentor of the Year for the 2018 Women in Finance Awards and a mentor on a number of accelerators including Tech Ready Women, Slingshot and others. Lynda sits on several fintech company Advisory Boards and has c.20 years of working as a corporate finance advisor to both financial institutions and private equity including working with Government and regulators on policy settings. She has two bachelor degrees in Information Technology and Business and has completed studies in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Murray is an experienced company director and chief operating officer with over 30 years of experience working in the financial services industry in a number of countries government, agriculture, mining and IT. Skilled in investor relations, market risk, operational structures, securities trading, asset management, hedge funds and fund of funds. He has managed the set up and management of funds including all structures, regulatory, operational and trading systems. He has created significant input into service industries, agriculture, mining and IT companies through various stages in their development.

Murray completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture, Economics and Marketing) at Lincoln University and then a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Finance from Cass Business School, London, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and an Associate of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AACT).

Mark’s specialties cover product development, medical, pharmaceuticals, distribution systems, business intelligence, software development process and practice, education innovation, entrepreneurship, rapid product development, mechatronics, project management, product data management, industrial design. Mark completed a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce at Queensland University of Technology.

Through Katrina's early years as a sociologist through to her interest in entrepreneurialism, she has extensive experience in public policy and early stage commercialisation. For more than 20 years, Katrina has worked in both public and not for profit sectors with a specific focus on business development, project delivery and revenue diversification with the view to building resilient and sustainable organisations.

In Australia, she organises Women in Blockchain events and regularly speaks on the topic of why cities and governments should be exploring blockchain technologies. Katrina's interest in blockchain technologies is driven by her curiosity of its potential for governments to create and facilitate new citizen-at-the-centre markets, organisations and economies of the future.
Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts (Griffith University) and a Graduate Certificate, Entrepreneurial and Venture Development (Griffith University).
